Charges
Works are carried out on a call out plus hourly rate basis which is
quoted by our office at the point of order before our engineers arrive
on site. Our engineers will advise on the likely charge if it is not
covered by the initial call out fee resulting in transparent pricing
and no “nasty shocks”.
24 Hour Emergency Call out
Whenever you phone, our helpful staff will be happy to advise and arrange
an engineer along with an estimated time of arrival. Outside normal
office hours, we have a 24 hour manned emergency desk
that are able to assist you and contact an engineer.
